Description:
Teamed with Siegfried Engineering and Jacobs Engineering as civil
engineer for machine and structural foundations for large paper plant
undergoing renovation. Problems included difficult access, potential
liquefaction, variable alluvial soil conditions, and tight construction
schedule. Solution was
"bottom-drop"
piles driven after state-of-the-art Psuedo-Static Pile Load (PLT)
testing to determine capacity.
