Dr. William Kane has over 30 years of experience in the fields of civil and geotechnical engineering and has provided litigation support to both the public and private sectors. This experience allows him to provide comprehensive forensic investigations, expert witness testimony, and litigation support services. In addition, Dr. Kane's 16 years as a civil engineering professor gives him the ability to convey technical engineering and geologic concepts clearly and concisely to attorneys, mediators, and juries. Description: Investigated nature of structural damage to residence adjacent to slope. Installed and monitored instrumentation to determine nature of landslide and subsequent damage during slope stabilization operations. Testified in deposition as percipient and expert witness for Plaintiff.
