Dr. William Kane has over 30 years of experience in the fields of civil and geotechnical engineering and has provided litigation support to both the public and private sectors. This experience allows him to provide comprehensive forensic investigations, expert witness testimony, and litigation support services. In addition, Dr. Kane's 16 years as a civil engineering professor gives him the ability to convey technical engineering and geologic concepts clearly and concisely to attorneys, mediators, and juries. Dr. Kane has provided litigation support in the form of thorough review and evaluation of technical documents, site research and investigation, report writing, supervision of lab materials testing, forensic studies, depositions and court testimony.
